President of Employer’s Advantage. Von has a degree from USF in Organizational Behavior and has been handling
UI claims and hearings since 1982, averaging 650 UI hearings per year for a variety of industries, including private business,
school districts and municipalities. Von began Employer’s Advantage in 1999 to provide full UI services –
